Abstract

The article deals with the problems of legal regulation of subsoil use, the imperfection of the licensing system and the existing gaps in the legislation. On the basis of the identified problems, measures were proposed to improve the legal regulation of subsoil use in the Republic of Uzbekistan and to neutralize the existing problems caused by inaccuracies and inconsistencies in the regulatory legal acts and laws that control the subsoil use.
