In compliance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On the research and scientific activity”, the “Regulation on the Supreme Attestation Commission under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan” and the Regulation on the Scientific Council for the award of academic degrees, application of “Uzbekneftegaz” (December 23, 2019, No. 11-2-14/66), as well as the recommendations of the Supreme Attestation Commission’ Expert Council on Technical Sciences (12/27/2019, No. 11), in order to implement the Decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Attestation Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 30, 2019 No. 273/2:                                                                    

The Scientific Council for the award of degrees at the Branch of the Russian University of Oil and Gas (NRU) named after I.M.Gubkin in Tashkent on DSc.22 / 30.12.2019.T/Ped.99.01 is allowed to defend dissertations for scientific degrees in the following specialties: 10/05/02 - “Safety in emergency situations. Fire, industrial, nuclear and radiation safety” (technical sciences);                                                                                                    

The Scientific Council for the award of degrees at the Branch of the Russian University of Oil and Gas (NRU) named after I.M. Gubkin in Tashkent on DSc.22 / 30.12.2019.T/Ped.99.01 is allowed to defend dissertations for scientific degrees in the following specialties:

05.10.02 – “Safety in emergency situations. Fire, industrial, nuclear and radiation safety” (technical sciences);  

13.00.02 - “Theory and methodology of training and education (exact and natural sciences)” (pedagogical sciences).

The composition of the Scientific Council on awarding scientific degrees at the Branch of the Russian University of Oil and Gas (NRU) named after I.M. Gubkin in the city of Tashkent DSc.22/30.12.2019.T/Ped.99.01 consisting of 18 members was approved
