The names of the winners of the first competition of educational grants of the Fund named after Islam Karimov became known

The winners of the first competition for the educational grants of the Fund named after Islam Karimov to study at the prestigious foreign universities on the master's program were selected.

As the daughter of the First President of Uzbekistan Lola Karimova-Tillyaeva stated, only about 300 applicants took part in the selection.
 

The winners of the contest showed the highest results in the tests and examinations in the specialty and in the foreign language. They, thanks to their knowledge, diligence and zeal, have become the best of the best.

7. Tursunaliev Ulugbek (Turin Polytechnic University in Tashkent)
8. Garder Nick (Branch of the Russian State University of Oil and Gas named after Gubkin)

The competition for the Karimov Foundation grants was conducted in such specialties as natural sciences (renewable energy sources and chemistry), water and land resources management, machine-building technologies, food technologies, food safety, architecture (urban planning, protection and restoration of architectural monuments), design of products, industrial and architectural design, painting.
