INTEGRATION WITH PRODUCTION IS THE KEY TO ENHANCING EFFICIENCY OF THE EDUCATIONAL POTENTIAL OF THE UNIVERSITY

Under current conditions of development of Uzbekistan, the efficient interaction of educational programs of universities with industrial associations is of great importance, which positively affects the growth of the potential, mutual interests of both parties in the field of training highly qualified specialists in demand in the labor market of the country.

The internship program, launched at the Branch of the Russian State University of Oil and Gas (National Research University) named after I.M. Gubkin in Tashkent, represents a vivid example of comprehensive support for an effective system of strategic partnership between the Branch and production associations, which in turn create favourable ground for graduates to start working.

The integration of the Branch with production associations implies the introduction into practice of various forms and methods of an innovative process aimed at the duration of educational programs for the training of future specialists for the oil and gas industry

As part of innovative integration, in order to accumulate and comprehend the experience of the strategic partnership of the parties, in February of this year, a joint internship program for the faculty of the Branch at “Bukhara Oil Refinery” LLC was launched.

This program includes a comprehensive exchange of experience between teachers of the Branch and mentors-practitioners of manufacturing industries, holding a series of meetings and seminars with employees of factories and companies, studying problems on the ground, as well as developing recommendations for improving joint cooperation measures.

As part of the internship program, the faculty of the departments of “Social and Humanitarian Disciplines” and “Oil and Gas Economics” Azizakhon Usmanova and Shukhrat Bobokhujaev visited the Bukhara Oil Refinery. On the first day, the acquaintance with the educational building of the plant, the head of the personnel training department Gulhumor Mirzajonova, took place. The purpose and objectives of the upcoming internship were discussed. The main topics of seminars-trainings for employees of this enterprise are determined.

Before starting work, an introductory briefing was held by the safety engineer, who explained in detail the safety rules at the plant, spoke about the conditions created, the infrastructure of functioning workshops and tank farms. Special attention was focused on the 5 main blocks of the plant, where finished products are processed.

The faculty of the Branch visited one of the main workshops of the plant - the “Main Production Workshop” (workshop № 1), where they got acquainted with the work of the central control panel. From here, monitoring and control over the activities of the entire production process, obtaining raw materials and processing them through 5 main blocks is carried out.

Then they walked around the territory of the workshop, got acquainted with the process of receipt of raw materials and their processing.

It was noted that gas condensate is supplied through pipelines directly to the production process of processing, and oil is supplied by rail in tanks and unloaded into tanks (RVS). After settling and separating water, oil is mixed with gas condensate and enters the refining process.

In the second half of the day, acquaintance with the activities of another object – “Steam-air gas supply” (workshop № 3) took place. This workshop is aimed at providing air, oxygen and nitrogen to the production workshops of the plant.

The lecturers paid attention to modern equipment, with the help of which the indicators of increasing oil and gas condensate production are improving, technological processes for processing are deepening in order to bring the quality of manufactured products to the level of world standards, and hydrocarbon reserves, primarily liquid ones, are being increased by discovering new deposits to provide a reliable raw material base for the oil and gas industry of Uzbekistan.

It is gratifying to note that during the pandemic, the plant managed to adapt the production of oxygen for the population, providing hospitals and medical institutions with oxygen. And at present, industrial production of liquid oxygen for the enterprises of Bukhara, Navoi, Kashkadarya and other regions has been launched.

During a conversation with the head of the press service of the plant, Iroda Fatkulina, it was noted that in April 2021, according to the program developed by the Bukhara Oil Refinery, pilot tests of a locally produced chemical reagent were carried out in order to reduce the use of imported chemical reagent trisodium phosphate at the factory treatment facilities (AIS) of the workshop VIC.

The faculty visited the sacred places of the seven feasts of Bukhara, the mausoleums of Khoja Abdalkhalik al Gijduvani, Haja Muhammad Arif al-Rivgariy, Khoja Ali Ramitaniy, Khoja Muhammad Bobo Samosiy, Khoja Mahmud Anzhir Fagnaviy, Haja Sayyid Amir Kulal Bukhari, Bahautdin Nakshbandi.

The trip ended with a visit to the Ark Citadel, an ancient symbol of the state power. It seems that since the very creation of the world this huge fortress has been standing in the center of the city, which has always been a protection and support for the Bukhara rulers. The Lyabi Hauz reservoir aroused particular interest; it is the center of public life in Bukhara.

In ancient times, a bazaar, a teahouse, and barber shops were located here. From here water carriers took water for watering the streets and for drinking. Water in Hauz came from the Shahrud canal. Madrasah Kukeldash, khanaka and madrasah Nadir Devon-Begi form a single ensemble, in which the central element is Lyabi-Hauz. Sacred Bukhara - the pearl of Uzbekistan and its sights left an indelible mark on the memory of the faculty of the Branch.

In general, the organized internship program for the faculty of the Branch in industrial facilities represents an important stage in the integration of the educational process and production practice. The experience gained will be the subject of discussion at seminars and round tables of teachers and staff.

Advanced methods and forms of the educational process will be improved, taking into account the recommendations and proposals of production specialists aimed at improving the quality of education, the use of modern pedagogical and scientific technologies for training future personnel.

The need for an internship is caused by the actualization of the interconnectedness of theoretical knowledge and training practice in the Branch, where teaching should serve as one of the noble goals - the formation of highly qualified specialists for the country's oil and gas industry, highly cultured and in-demand young people - a reliable support for the future of New Uzbekistan.
