The head of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh.Mirziyoyev especially notes the urgent need for a “fresh look” through the prism of youth at the stages of development of Uzbekistan. Quite recently, the percentage of young specialists working in government bodies was extremely low, but recently there has been a sharp jump, which should be noted.
It is worth mentioning that every year the Branch of the Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas (NRU) named after I.M. Gubkin in Tashkent involves more and more young specialists in providing the educational process.
On November 25, 2020, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of JSC “Uzbekneftegaz” Ashurov Ulugbek Murodiloyevich, Executive Director of the Branch Magrupov Abdulla Makhmudovich Magrupov solemnly presented certificates of honor of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan to young specialists of the Branch - the head of the educational and methodological department Uzakova Zarina Furkatovna and a graduate of the Gubkin branch - deputy head of the department “Development of oil, gas and gas condensate fields” Akhmedov Mirzaanvar Mohidjonovich for their contribution to the development and upbringing of the young generation.
Uzakova Zarina Furkatovna
began her career in the educational and methodological department of the Branch in 2009. In 2018, she won the city competition “100 Best Innovative Projects of Women in Uzbekistan”. As part of work on the project BF-1-001- “Creation of a system of high-quality, continuous inclusive education in the Republic of Uzbekistan” (2017-2019), in 2019 she successfully defended her dissertation at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and received a PhD on sociology.
Uzakova Zarina is the author of over 30 scientific and methodical publications. In addition to educational and scientific activities, she is an active participant in public events, a volunteer of non-profit government organizations working with youth with disabilities.
Currently, she continues her scientific research in the field of organizing and improving inclusive education in the Republic of Uzbekistan, actively cooperating with leading specialists of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the National University named after Mirzo-Ulugbek, the Republican Center for the Social Adaptation of Children, etc.
Nowadays Uzakova Zarina has been recruited as an expert of Uzbekistan in sociology by the German public association Friedrich Ebert Foundation to work on the project “Youth of Central Asia. Uzbekistan”.
Akhmedov Mirzzanvar Mohidzhonovich
since 2015 began his career in the department “Development of oil, gas and gas condensate fields” as a lecturer of the department. In 2018, he participated in qualification upgrading at the Institute for the Study of Youth Problems and the Training of Promising Personnel at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan. In 2019, he completed an internship at the Russian State University of Oil and Gas (NRU) named after I.M. Gubkin in Moscow. In 2020, he was awarded a certificate of honor of JSC “Uzbekneftegaz” as part of the celebration of the day of teachers and mentors.
Akhmedov M.M. performs research activities in the field of increasing gas and gas condensate production at the fields of Uzbekistan using horizontal wells. He takes an active part with a presentations in scientific and practical international conferences in the city of Ufa (Russia, 2018), at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the city of Tashkent (2019), as well as in republican scientific and practical events.
