Students of the Branch celebrated June 1 with an environmental action

On June 1, students of the Branch of the Russian State University of Oil and Gas (NRU) named after I.M.Gubkin in Tashkent city held unusual ecological action on the improvement and greening of the territory of the academic lyceum.

A student of group UGR-16-01, Malika Namazova who initiated this project said that the idea of the project occurred during the study of the course “Ecology” at the department of general chemistry and chemistry of oil and gas. Inspired with the ideas of responsibility for the environmental well-being of the world, future geophysicists decided to implement them in practice - to decorate the territory of the Lyceum with the most vivid and beautiful colors.

That day students with pre-prepared seedlings of Indian and white lilac came to the Lyceum. Thanks to the coherence and spirit of the team the work went with enthuiasm.

Soon, dozens of seedlings of unusual flowers planted with great diligence decorated the central space near the fence: now the lilac will be visible from the roadway, the other part will be planted in the recreation area.

The participants of the action - of the geological and geophysical prospecting technology department Malika Namazova, Maria Denisova, Valeria Yeskova, Otabek Kasimov, Roman Kozlov, Sakhob Mavlyanov, Akmal Rakhmatov, Anastasia Lee in practice showed an example of careful and caring attitude to the environment.
