Seminar on studying the Message of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan
From January 5 till January 8, 2019 the Branch of the Russian State University of oil and gas (NRU) named after I.M.Gubkin in Tashkent city held the seminar for the teaching staff devoted to the study of the Message to the Oliy Majlis of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh.M.Mirziyoyev and other statutory acts in this sphere.
In his Message, the President of our country has noted that there is a deep meaning in the sacred hadith of Imam Bukhari: “All good deeds depend primarily on the intentions of a person, and each is given only what he aspires to.”
Having named 2018 the Year of Support for Active Entrepreneurship, Innovative Ideas and Technologies, we implemented 76 thousand projects for 21 trillion UZS and 1 billion USD under the corresponding State program, which shows the scope of our work, which we launched with good intentions, - said in a speech President Sh.M.Mirziyoyev.
It was noted that thanks to the measures undertaken, real incomes of the population increased by 12 percent compared to 2017.
Within the framework of the programs “Every family is an entrepreneur” and “Youth is our future”, over 2600 business projects have been implemented in places. As a result of the programs “Obod Kishlok” and “Obod mahalla”, 416 villages acquired a new look.
The President declared 2019 as “The Year of Active Investment and Social Development”.
For citizens to express their position on important issues concerning the life of our state and society, it is advisable to create a special web page “My opinion”.
As an advanced mechanism of democracy, it is proposed to introduce a procedure for making a collective electronic appeal.
On December 22, 2017, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev presented the Message to the Oliy Majlis for the first time in the history of our country. The Message of this year also analyzes the performance carried out in the previous year, outlines plans for the next year, the main directions of the domestic and foreign policy of the country, which causes great interest among all.
In the framework of the seminar, the following Decrees and Resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan for the last years adopted in the field of education have been considered: - the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan №-4958 as of February 16, 2017 “On the further improvement of the system of postgraduate education”;
- the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan №-2909 as of April 20, 2017 “On measures for the further development of the higher education system”;
- the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan №-3151 as of July 27, 2017 “On measures to further increase the participation of industries and spheres of the economy in improving the quality of educating specialists with higher education”;
- the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan №3183 as of August 9, 2017 “On the organization of part-time education departments for pedagogical areas at higher educational institutions” and others.
