He was born on August 25, 1977 in Voskresensk, Moscow Region.
In 1999 he graduated from the IM Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas on the specialty "Design, construction and operation of pipeline transport systems".
Candidate dissertation: "Development of methods for assessing the efficiency of reservoirs with allowance for changes in the physic-mechanical properties of structural elements" (2002).
Professional activity: assistant (2000-2004); Senior Lecturer (2004-2007); associate professor of the department "Construction and repair of oil and gas pipelines and storage facilities" of the Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas (NRU) (2007 - present), Deputy Dean of the Moscow Evening Faculty (2013-2016).
