INTEGRATION OF HIGHER EDUCATION AND PRODUCTION

On January 25, 2018, within the framework of the implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On measures to further expand the participation of industries and spheres of the economy in improving the quality of training specialists with higher education" from July 27, 2017 No. PP-3151 in the Branch of the Russian State University of Oil and Gas (NRU) THEM. Gubkin in Tashkent hosted a practical seminar on the issues of the qualitative organization of production practices, the establishment of a bank of topics for final qualification works aimed at solving practical problems of the industry, organizing internships for professors and teachers at oil and gas enterprises of the republic.

With an introductory speech, Deputy Director - Executive Director Magrupov A.M. He noted the need to expand the integration of higher education and production, and not in words, but in practice, which should be confirmed by the release of a ready specialist, capable of integrating into the production process from the first day.

The main goal of the seminar is the development of forms and methods of training highly qualified specialists that meet modern requirements, ensuring the integrity of theory and practice, the effective organization of all types of student practices at manufacturing enterprises, and the preparation of final qualification works of an innovative nature aimed at solving practical industrial tasks of the industry.

It is necessary to build such relations between the Branch and the production, when the support of the student will be carried out together until its release and subsequent monitoring of its career growth.

Thanks to the gratuitous assistance of Uzbekneftegaz JSC and other sponsors, the Branch has an excellent educational and laboratory base that provides not only the urgent needs of the educational process, but also allows solving a wide range of applied problems.

The faculty of the Branch and representatives of enterprises and organizations of the oil and gas industry: JSC "Uzbekgeofizika", "LUKOIL Uzbekistan Operating Company", ENTER ENGINEERING, JSC "Uzgeoburneftegaz", Ferghana Oil Refinery and others took part in the discussion of the issues.

As a result of the discussions, specific recommendations were adopted to implement the tasks set. Participants of the seminar unanimously supported the decision to hold such seminars on a regular basis, expanding its format, and to consider the issue of visiting seminars directly at production bases in the regions of the republic.
