SIGNING THE AGREEMENT ON COOPERATION IN THE SPHERE OF ELECTRONIC TRAINING DEVELOPMENT

Recently, the use of information technologies in the educational process is becoming more urgent. At the moment there is practically no educational institution that would not pay attention to the possibility of implementing educational programs using e-learning and distance educational technologies. This meets the requirements of the times.

In the normative legal documents of higher education of the Russian Federation (Federal Law No. 273-FZ of December 29, 2012 "On Education in the Russian Federation" Article 16) and in the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 20, 2017 No. ПП-2909 "On Measures on the further development of the higher education system "of Section III of the Set of Measures for the Development of Higher Education for 2017-2021), the priority direction of improving higher education, improving the quality and effectiveness of education on the basis of the latest pedagogical techno logies and teaching methods using e-learning and distance learning technologies.

November 14, 2017 in the hotel "HYATT REGENCY" was an international conference "Training and development of national personnel in international companies." At the conference, a cooperation agreement was signed between OOO LUKOIL Uzbekistan Operating Company, the Branch of the Russian State University of Oil and Gas (NIU). IM Gubkin in the city of Tashkent, the State Committee of the Republic of Bashkortostan on Informatization and the functioning of the "Open Republic" system and the Autonomous Non-commercial Organization of Additional Professional Education Ufa Educational Center "Bashneftekhim".

By this Agreement, the parties plan to organize interaction in the field of IT education, e-learning and distance education technologies, which in turn will serve to develop international relations and integration of science, education and production.
