«MISTER GAS – 2022»
The Gubkin’s Week continues to please with incredible, bright and unforgettable events.
Another memorable event of the Gubkin’s week - a competition called “Mr. University - Mister Gas” - took place on April 14, 2022.
On this day, the stage of the assembly hall of the Branch gathered four of the most daring representatives of our University, namely the optimist and athlete Turgunov Timur (UEM-21-14), the artist and dancer Tilavkulov Tokhir (UEM-21-14), the novice interior designer Nikita Grinev (UGF -21-16), as well as the purposeful motivator Alisher Akhmedov (URG-21-03).
Like the “Queen of Oil 2022” competition, this competition also consisted of several stages, the competition jury assigned the corresponding points to each contestant. In the competition called business card, the guys talked about themselves, it is worth noting that the students prepared thoroughly for this stage, each performance was accompanied by a creative video sequence from the life of each of them. However, definitely, it was at the entrance of this competition that each of the participants had to prove why he should become the owner of the title ‘Mr. Gas 2022”.
After a successful self-presentation, the contestants had to demonstrate what he was capable of, in other words, each of them had to show one of their talents, which they also did brilliantly.
The next stage of the competition consisted of an association game, where each participant was shown 4 pictures on the screen, and they had to guess for a while what word was encrypted in these pictures, and various rebuses reflecting the oil and gas industry were encrypted in them.
The long-awaited and exciting moment of the competition was awaited not only by the contestants themselves, but also by the spectators who came to cheer for their favorites. According to the results of the competition, the nominations were distributed as follows: Turgunov Timur – “Mr. Brutality – 2022”, Akhmedov Alisher – “Mr. Charisma – 2022”, Tilavkulov Tokhir – “Mr. Talent – 2022”, Grinev Nikita – “Mr. Audience Choice – 2022”. The title “Vice - Mister 2022” went to Akhmedov Alisher, Turgunov Timur became the owner of the main prize “Mr. University - Mister Gas 2022”.
The winners of the competition were awarded gifts from the Executive Director of the Branch A. Magrupov, as well as various gift certificates and diplomas from sponsors.
And ahead of us is the most long-awaited final concert devoted to the “Gubkin’s Day 2022”.
