Strategic partnership of the higher educational institution and oil and gas enterprises is the basis for innovative development of the economy

On January 17, 2022 the Branch of the Russian State University of Oil and Gas (NRU) named after I.M. Gubkin in Tashkent hosted the delegation of “Uzbekneftegaz” with the Chairman of the Board, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Branch Mehriddin Razzakovich Abdullayev.

This meeting has been dedicated to the comprehensive expansion of cooperation and exchange of experience with industrial organizations, the preparation of highly qualified and competitive young personnel for future professional activities, and is also aimed at the implementation of the Roadmap for the implementation of the agreements reached following the negotiations of the rector of the Russian State University of Oil and Gas (NRU) named after I.M. Gubkin V.G. Martynov and Chairman of the Board of “Uzbekneftegaz” JSC M.R. Abdullaev in Tashkent (Republic of Uzbekistan).

During the meeting, the Chairman of the Board of “Uzbekneftegaz” JSC, the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Branch M. R. Abdullayev paid particular attention to the conditions of the educational process, the capabilities of the Innovation Center for Scientific Research - the strategy of which is aimed at subsequent engineering, in order to increase the efficiency of the applied use of the intellectual potential of the Branch, including issues of commercialization of scientific results, unique laboratory models of oil and gas fields in Uzbekistan, prospects for geological fields, which are aimed at the innovative development of geological exploration. The latest software for 3-dimensional modeling of oil and gas fields, allows you to monitor the cycle of fields, the development and drilling of oil and gas fields in all cycles of the oil and gas business.

Since currently exploration activities are one of the basic and, at the same time, rapidly developing elements of the oil and gas industry, in this regard, the issue of introducing digital and innovative technologies into production is extremely relevant, moreover, it is closely related to the state policy on the improvement and development of fuel-energy industry.
