Gazli and Mubarek, Shurtan: summary from the fields
Field practical training of the Branch students at Gazli (Bukhara region) and Mubarek (Kashkadarya region) oil and gas production departments continues successfully and efficiently.
New day in Gazli field
New horizons of the profession are being opened today at the facilities of Gazli oil and gas production department of “Uzbekneftegaz” JSC by UGF-17-01 students of the Seismic Exploration specialization.
Strong theoretical knowledge, multiplied by the many years of experience of mentors, helps to feel confident in the new element.
During the visit to the 42nd well of Kulbeshkak field, the students learned that the daily gas production rate here is about 40 thousand cubic meters. In the field, the future seismic prospectors got acquainted with the living conditions of the production operators, saw the passport of the well, cross-type Christmas trees and drilling equipment.
Here, the students took a direct part in the processes of preparing the drilling fluid, changing its injection density and blowing the well. The special attention of the children was aroused by the equipment of the rotor table, a hydraulic double-ram preventer, a PDS-1234 bit and the conditions for conducting gas logging. The company’s specialists thoroughly and in detail, giving specific examples, answered all the questions of future colleagues.
In continuation of the practical lesson, the senior teacher of the Branch N. Turabekov showed the students videos with examples of explosive sources of elastic vibrations, the selection of the optimal charge parameters, and also conducted laboratory work on the study of VChR zones by geophysical methods.
Mubarek: it is start
At Mubarek oil and gas production department of “Uzbekneftegaz” JSC, field practical classes for students of the URN-18-01/02 groups of education profile “Operation and maintenance of oil production facilities” have started. After a detailed briefing on safety and labor protection, students were provided with special outfitting and personal protective equipment. The very first starting point here was an excursion into history: a visit to the museum of Mubarek Oil and Gas Production Department. Its exposition, which reflects more than half a century up to the present day, is without exaggeration, a real relay race of labor valor and glory. The original model of Kukdumalak oil storage and field treatment system is a special pride of the museum. It is the high spiritual level, no doubt, that is the guarantee of production success and striving for new achievements, - noted S.Urinov, a senior teacher of the Branch, who was accompanying the “Gubkins”.
Forward to Shurtan
Students of URG-18-01 of the training profile “Operation and maintenance of gas production facilities, gas condensate and underground storage facilities” have just to be master professional knowledge. Accompanied by one of the leading young scientists, senior lecturer of the Branch M. Akhmedov, the “Gubkins” departed for field practical training at Mubarek oil and gas production department.
Ahead of the guys is the most responsible time: the real development of all the basics of the future profession.
