Another group of students left for Gazli oil and gas production department

Currently it is already possible to say with confidence that the educational trajectory of the Branch has entered a new dual education. For March this year, over 150 students of the 2nd, 3rd and 4th courses, the acquired theoretical knowledge is consolidated by the formation of practical skills directly in production - objects of the oil and gas industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

On March 29 of this year, as part of the organization of field training at the workplace, 20 fourth-year students of the UGF-17-01 group went to Gazli oil and gas production department of “Uzbekneftegaz” JSC.

As expected on the first day, they were instructed on the rules of fire, electrical, chemical and industrial safety established at the workplace. In addition, the students were familiarized with the activities of the department, its structural divisions, the work of specialized departments, workshops and planned investment projects.

The next day, a tour of the gas processing plant was organized for the students. During the excursion, students got acquainted with the equipment for zeolite gas dehydration, gas adsorption and absorption units, gas cooling systems and hydrogen sulfide generation, the process of separating natural gas into propane and butane, as well as the activities of the dispatch service.

The applied dual educational trajectory is a point of growth in the quality of the educational process of the Branch.
