Branch of the Russian State University of Oil and Gas (NRU) named after I.M. Gubkin in Tashkent and JV “ANDIJANPETRO” LLC have agreed on cooperation

The delegation of the JV “ANDIJANPETRO” LLC represented by General Director Rustem Ilgizovich Bakirov and Irina Vasilyevna Sinkevich - Head of the Human Resources Department visited the Branch of the Russian State University of Oil and Gas named after I.M. Gubkin in Tashkent on March 5, 2021.

JV “ANDIJANPETRO” LLC is a joint venture of Zarubezhneft JSC and Uzbekneftegaz JSC, established on March 16, 2019, and operates in Uzbekistan for the production of hydrocarbons at the operating oil fields of South Alamyshik, Khartum and East Khartoum. Today JV LLC "ANDIJANPETRO" conducts systematic work on the recruiting of technical and administrative personnel of the production component of its activities.

During the visit, the issues of integrating the production cycles of JV “ANDIJANPETRO” LLC with the educational processes of the Branch in the form of organizing internships directly in production were discussed, as well as, taking into account the growing industry demand for highly qualified personnel, the possibility of organizing targeted training of specialists for JV “ANDIJANPETRO” LLC.
