Electronic library system: educational process in terms of distant education

On February 16, 2021 representatives of IPR-MEDIA (Moscow) held an online seminar for the faculty on the use of the IPR BOOKS electronic library system at the Branch of the Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas (NRU) in Tashkent.

At the seminar, the faculty members and other support staff got acquainted with the new content and services of the EBS, as well as the possibilities of using it in the educational process, including in distance learning, the formation of new skills among teachers to interact with students through digital services.

The organizers of the seminar comprehensively discussed rapid selection of literature on the discipline with a list with a recommendation to students, and how to simultaneously use the results in the formation of the discipline’s academic schedule.

The presented content in the areas of education profiles of a higher educational institution has:

Over 140 000 publications, more than 700 leading publishing houses, periodicals, multimedia (audio, video resources, tests).

modules "Book Provision 2.0" and RAP in the EBS IPR BOOKS system allow to quickly form work programs of disciplines, which is important in the context of updating RAP and adjusting them in compliance with a unified standard;

copyright adaptive technologies for persons with disabilities, certified by the VOS and RUMC;

advanced convenient mobile applications that contribute to full compliance with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard 3++.
