Qualification upgrading is the basis of pedagogical cooperation between schools and universities

The ongoing process of improving the quality of teaching and upbringing in an educational institution - school, academic lyceum, university directly depends on the level of teachers’ training. The rapid development of the field of education and the changes taking place in it today require the teacher to keep up with the times, be able to work with various technologies, methods, acquire new skills and knowledge, and develop their competencies.

Taking into account the challenges that have arisen for the education sector, new vectors of development for the long term have been identified:

  • introduction of information and communication technologies into the educational process, the ability to organize educational work remotely;
  • personality-oriented (developmental) teaching of students;
  • improving the quality, expanding areas, accessibility of educational services;
  • taking into account educational requests, interests of students through a variety of educational programs and the use of effective teaching technique.

Achieving these goals is impossible without highly qualified teachers. It depends on the teacher what the education will be and its quality, level and efficiency.
