Information letter

In compliance with the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan №133-F as of February 25, 2019 (Appendix № 2, clause 94) on November 1, 2019, the Branch of the Russian State University of Oil and Gas (National Research University) named after I.M. Gubkin in Tashkent city holds the Republican scientific and technical conference “Integration of science, education and production is the key factor in the implementation of investment projects in the oil and gas industry”.

Current issues are intended for discussion in the following sections:

• Integration of science, education and production - the basis for the development of competitive staff for the oil and gas industry;
• innovation and investment - the basis for the modernization of the oil and gas industry;
• energy saving and energy efficiency - factors of sustainable development of the oil and gas industry;
• localization and import substitution of technologies and products in the oil and gas industry;
• application of advanced technologies in raising the efficiency of geologic exploration activities to increase hydrocarbon production;
• introduction of advanced technologies to raise production and transportation of hydrocarbon crude;
• introduction of information and communication technologies at oil and gas enterprises to improve production processes and supervision over the use of material and financial resources.

We invite all parties concerned to participate in the conference. Applications for participation in the attached form shall be sent before October 1, 2019 and scientific articles with the volume not exceeding 5 printed pages (A4) shall be sent until October 5, 2019 to the organizing committee at the address: 100125, Tashkent city, Durmon yuli street, 34, Branch of the Russian State University of Oil and Gas (NRU) named after I.M. The wording of the article should be done in Microsoft Word, page format - A4. All fields - 20 mm each. Font type - Times New Roman, size - 14 pt, line spacing - single, alignment - width, indentation - 1.25 cm. References shall be indicated in the text in parentheses with the number from the list of sources used (sample layout is attached), placed at the end of the article, and cited pages, for example: [2: 45-46], figures are made in JPEG format (600dpi), the report volume of the full sheets should contain 2 – 5 pages.

The report thesis should contain the following information:

• title of the report;
• last name, first name, patronymic, position of the presenter (s);
• content, abstract of the report (proposed solution);
• references, list of statutory documents.

Thesis reports will be published.
