Investments are launched from a human
On the eve of Navruz, students of the Branch of the Russian State University of Oil and Gas (NRU) in named after I.M. Gubkin in Tashkent visited the International Educational Institution and GRBS Certification Center in Uzbekistan. In the framework of the on-site meeting of the management and marketing group “I am the Leader”, the students of the Branch met with the founder and leader of GRBS, Dr. Bakhram Gurbanov (Republic of Azerbaijan).
Interest arisen to the performance of successful foreign entrepreneur is not accidental. Currently in Uzbekistan issues of attracting foreign investments by the head of the state are considered to be the forefront of economic policy. This topical issue always makes future specialists concerned, and it is not surprising that, in search of outstanding efficient technologies and solutions, students, first of all, are paying a particular attention to successful and proven innovations. At the GRBS our delegation had the most cordial welcome. It should be noted that the communication took place in a specially prepared smart audience, where the number of seats strictly corresponded to the number of guests.
Despite the hard work schedule, the manager tried to respond all the questions of the children in detail, shared his gained experience in attracting investments, organizing and promoting business. As it turned out, there were no so-called “miraculous recipes”. According to the head of the GRBS, he started his career at an early age: after his father’s death, he worked at an oil refinery, obtained his higher education many years later, graduated from the Oil Academy in Baku, and further was involved in research activities
“If a person is hungry and you share fish with him, he will be satisfied, but not for a long period of time, and if you give him a fishing rod, he can always find food for himself” – this principle has become the life credo of Bakhram Gurbanov: over the years of its existence, the GRBS has emerged as a world-wide known leader in the field of international certification: it is a necessary and sometimes the only stage in the professional community and career.
Life quenching taught him not to be afraid of obstacles in mastering new horizons, openly, right up to the court, to act in case of injustices, and there were quite a few such cases in practice. Decency, reliability, trust: moral qualities are the beginning of any project and the basis of business success, the investor believes.
A more than two-hour “debriefing” of flights in the sphere of management and marketing was productive, demonstrated successful business and investment strategies of a well-known specialist of the international class.
