"Favorite daughter of the Uzbek people"

In these first days of spring, throughout the country, the 103rd anniversary of the birth of the People's poetess of Uzbekistan Zulfiya is widely celebrated.

On March 3, 2017, in our Branch, a round table was held devoted to the work of Zulfiya. The event was attended by the head of the department "Manaviyat va marifat" and the work with gifted students Ruzmetova Kh.A., chairman of the women's council assistant professor Namazova Sh.A., prof. Mansurova G.Kh., teacher of Abdullaev D.U.

With the report "Favorite daughter of the Uzbek people" prof. Mansurova G.KH. In her speech, she stressed that Zulfiya is a model for all Eastern women. Her life path and creativity were highly appreciated by the Uzbek people and the government of the republic. She was awarded many state awards. Currently, more than 250 girls became the owners of the Zulfiya state award.

Zulfiya is a talented poet-lyricist who contributed to the creation of a "female" poetic school in the Uzbek literature of the twentieth century.

She made a significant contribution to the development of Uzbek lyricism and the genre of dastan of the 20th century. Her creativity expresses various feelings, thoughts, ideas: love of life, the delight of creation, joyful hopes for the future, the happiness of mankind, the devotion of the enamored, the endurance of women, etc. The factor determining the temperament and spirit of Zulfiya's creativity is the sublime, life-affirming and active humanism. The poet seeks to multiply the joys of life, sympathize with sorrow, heal wounds, as a mother cherishing her own child, she defends and defends peace, justice and good deeds.

Students of GR-17-01 group Sobirova Lera and Ergasheva Muborak spoke at the event. They talked about the life and work of Zulfiya, read the poems of the famous poetess.
