High levels of caffeine and taurine - the main ingredients of tonic beverages - negatively affect cardiac function and blood pressure and prevent the action of medications for heart disease. Sugar-free energy increases the risk of blood clots, heart attack, stroke. Doctors say that these drinks can bear even fatal consequences for people with cardiac pathologies and vascular anomalies. The production and sale of this drink is already banned in Australia and New Zealand. In France, Denmark and Norway energy drinks are prohibited for sale in food stores and are sold only in pharmacies, since it is considered a medicine. In Uzbekistan, the bill on food safety is considered, according to which it is prohibited to sell energy to people under 18 years old, and also to advertise these drinks in the interval from 7 am to 22 pm. And this is not all. It is planned to prohibit the free distribution of samples of the drink for advertising purposes among persons under the age of 18, sponsoring activities intended primarily for minors, if the name, trademark or image of power engineers is used. The country will prohibit the distribution and sale among minors of various goods-T-shirts, hats, games, and others using the name, trademark of these drinks. For the implementation of power engineering for persons under the age of 18, it is proposed to impose fines from five to ten on citizens, and on officials from seven to fifteen times the minimum wage.
