Meeting with the heads of the training center "BASHNEFTEKHIM"

On February 5, 2018, a meeting was held with the heads of the training center Bashneftekhim (Russian Federation) of the Branch of the Russian State University of Oil and Gas (NIU) named after IM Gubkin in the city of Tashkent.

ANO DPO UTS Bashneftekhim has been carrying out educational activities since 1964 on the basis of a license issued by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Bashkortostan and a certificate of accreditation issued by OJSC NTC "Industrial Safety"; is one of the largest educational institutions of professional education of the Republic of Bashkortostan; occupies a leading position in the training of specialists and workers in the oil refining and oil and gas industries. The main customers for training are Ufaneftekhim OJSC, Novoil OJSC, Ufaorgsintez OJSC, UNPZ OJSC, ANK Bashneft OJSC, Bashneft-Geostroy LLC, as well as other organizations operating both in the Republic of Bashkortostan, and in other regions of the Russian Federation.

ANO DPO UTS Bashneftekhim conducts training in the classrooms of the parent organization, branches located throughout the territory of the Republic of Belarus, and also organizes on-site training using a mobile computer class. Over 50 years of activity of the training center hundreds of thousands of workers, managers and specialists of oil refining and petrochemical enterprises have been trained; a wealth of experience has been accumulated, and a corresponding educational and material base has been created.

The program of the visit included acquaintance with the Branch, its history, structure, equipping of educational and laboratory buildings, teaching and educational process, using science-intensive and information technologies in the educational process, conducting practices, improving the qualifications and training of the teachers of the Branch.

The management of the Branch organized an excursion for the guests and held negotiations on the exchange of experience in training highly qualified personnel for the oil and gas industry.
