Republican scientific and technical conference on the topic “The role of youth in the educational and industrial cluster”

In order to ensure the execution of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated July 7 of this year №PD-309 “On measures to create an Educational and Production Cluster in the Oil and Gas Industry” and instructions determined at a meeting of the Council for Coordinating the Activities of an Educational and Production Cluster in the Oil and Gas Sector of Uzbekneftegaz JSC  on October 28-29 the Republican scientific and technical conference “The role of youth in the educational and industrial cluster” is being held in the administrative building of the Uzbekistan GTL plant in Kashkadarya region. The conference is aimed to establish mutual integration between the three parties of the oil and gas sector, i.e. state, education, science and industrial enterprises, to establish comprehensive relations, to get acquainted with innovative technologies for improving the processes of oil and gas production, as well as to create a common space for discussing other relevant topics.

At the conference the Executive Director of the Branch of Russian State University of Oil and Gas (NRU) named after I.M. Gubkin in Tashkent Magrupov Abdulla Makhmudovich, noting that the key element in strengthening social ties are the results of cooperation between education and production, which allows creating a solid guarantee of mutual understanding for the future, for new generations, training for high-tech energy industries, as well as offering his recommendations to the resolution of this conference.

Over 100 young scientists and specialists from more than 15 institutes of higher education and research centres of the republic took part in the conference.
