The meeting with A.Magrupov, the Executive Director of the Branch of Russian State University of Oil and Gas (NRU) named after I.M.Gubkin in Tashkent with representatives of Pandit Deendayal Energy University, Republic of India was held on June 29, 2021.

The Executive Director of the Branch A. Magrupov, Deputy Director for Research and Innovation S. Yunusov, officials in charge of international cooperation D. Kadirbekova and D. Taktasheva, as well as managers - Representatives of Pandeet Dindayal Energy University (Republic of India) - Director of the School of Petroleum Technologies Dr. Rajesh Kumar Vij, head of the international department of Dr. Tarun Bhatara participated in the online conference.

Within the framework of the signed Memorandum and the online meeting, the parties have reached an agreement on organizing the following activities:

regular online seminars-lectures for the faculty and students of the Branch on topical issues of education and oil and gas sphere beginning from the new academic year;

participating representatives of Pandeet Dindayal Energy University with lecture presentations in the Annual Republican Scientific-practical Conference “The Role of Science and Education in the Modernization of Oil and Gas Enterprises”, which is going to be held at the Branch in November 2021;

opportunities of publishing research articles of the faculty and researchers of the Branch in research journals of Pandeet Dindayal Energy University, as well as publishing research articles of the faculty and researchers of the Indian University in online journal of the Branch “Innovations in Oil and Gas Industry”;

short-term training or lecture courses, professional seminars, trainings, master classes within the focus areas of education profiles or academic disciplines;

taking occupational, laboratory, scientific practical-courses or internship of students, research and pedagogical faculty, other specialists or employees of the both universities;

arranging qualification upgrading and professional retraining of research/pedagogical faculty, employees or specialists;

holding joint international conferences, symposia, round tables (including in online format) with the participation of the both universities’ representatives or invited foreign experts, as well as organizing joint reports and presentations;

implementing joint academic programs for masters, postgraduate studies or projects in the field of Oil and Gas Business and related spheres;

carrying out joint research or scientific-technical investigations with the involvement of faculty, graduate students, scientists and researchers of the both universities, including organizing joint reports or working on research projects.
