INITIATIVES FOR PEACE AND CREATION

As far as we know, the speech of the President of our country Shavkat Mirziyoyev at the 75th anniversary session of the General Assembly of the United Nations on September 23, 2020 caused a great resonance in society, the pride of every Uzbek citizen for presenting the world community with capacious solutions to global issues of our time. For the first time, the initiatives of the head of state at such a high level were voiced in the state language - the language of the great Navoi, whose works are a component of the golden heritage of all mankind. It should be noted, that Uzbekistan occupies a special geopolitical place on the world map, being the leading state in Central Asia. For centuries, here has been developed a special system of relations between states and peoples, speaking dozens of languages ​​and professing different religions.

In his speech, our President directly addressed all the peoples of the planet with his vision of the prospects for the development of cooperation between states and the strengthening of international peace, security and stability. It should be noted that in his speech the leader of our multinational state put forward a number of important and valuable initiatives and, in his own style, suggested ways to solve them - this is to ensure sustainable development, deepening constructive dialogue in the region at the global level, promoting human rights and freedoms , as well as countering modern challenges and threats, including climate change, food security problems, poverty eradication and poverty reduction.

All the initiatives of the leader of our country, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, testify to the steady growth of the republic's authority in the international arena, which causes not only pride in our great Motherland, but also the desire for new achievements. Realizing the significance of the President’s speech, we must, with great attention and satisfaction, comprehensively familiarize ourselves with the initiatives aimed at achieving peace and stability in the world as a whole.

With this aim, on October 6, 2020, a seminar was held in the conference hall of the Branch of the Russian State University of Oil and Gas (NRU) named after I.M. Gubkin in Tashkent city.

The teaching staff of the departments, as well as structural units of the Branch attended the seminar.

A large presentation material was provided in the reports. It focused on the initiatives of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev before the world community. Each initiative of the head of our state was accompanied by visual material. It should be emphasized that a consistent presentation of the prepared material makes it possible to see a holistic picture of the goals and objectives being implemented, to realize the importance and significance of the reforms being carried out in the country.

At the end of the event, all participants expressed their sincere support for the initiatives of the President of our country aimed at the primary tasks for the development of the country and the world community as a whole. We wished good luck with their implementation!
