Despite the fact that the law allows young people entering into marriage from the age of 18, many specialists, such as psychologists and genetics, point out that 18 years is the age at which the psycho-emotional state of the body is not yet ready for family-marital relations. These are not formed skills in interpersonal relations, this is the absence of a quick orientation under the circumstances, especially in conflict situations. The consequences of this phenomenon are frequent divorces and the birth of not healthy children. A young organism, not having time to adapt to new conditions of life, begins to experience stress, there are health problems and problems of reproductive function of women and men. An important factor in the birth of a healthy generation is the familial relationship of the spouses. A marriage between cousins and second cousins and sisters, a frequent case in the Republic of Uzbekistan. Unfortunately, the consequences - the birth of children with physiological and mental disabilities. Taking into consideration above-mentioned statements, Abdullaeva D.U. recommended that young people should take care of the psycho - emotional and physiological state of the body before entering into marriage. It was noted about the importance of passing a medical examination every six months and attending special courses for preparing for a family.
In addition, the participants have been informed about the main provisions of the Family Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, in part, personal, property and non-property rights of spouses and children. D.U. Abdullaeva also spoke about the essence and significance of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On mediation” which implies that mediation is a method of settling a dispute with the assistance of a mediator based on the voluntary consent of the parties in order to reach a mutually acceptable solution. Mediation is applicable in disputes arising from family relations.
At the end of the event, Abdullayeva D.U. conducted a blitz survey among students about the attitude of young people towards early marriage and their attitude towards the institution of a marriage contract, about their understanding of “healthy lifestyle”, etc.
