Maksimenko Alexander Fedorovich
Director of the Branch of the Russian State University of Oil and Gas (NIU) named
after I.M. Gubkin in Tashkent.

In 1976 he graduated from the I.M. Gubkin Moscow Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, specialty "Applied Mathematics", Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor.

The author of more than 75 scientific papers, among them 3 monographs.

He was awarded the medal "In memory of the 850th anniversary of Moscow" (1997); for merits in the field of higher education of the USSR by a breastplate "For excellent successes in work". The laureate of the IM. Gubkin (1996). For the merits in the development of the fuel and energy complex, the title "Honorary Oilman" (2000) was conferred.
