Financial-economic department

Financial - Economic Department (hereinafter FED) of the Branch of the Russian State University of Oil and Gas (NRU) named after I.M. Gubkin in Tashkent city is an independent structural unit.

The aims of the FED are the following:

Planning and organization of financial and economic activities of the Branch;

Compiling and approval of annual draft of estimates of revenues and expenditures of budgetary, extrabudgetary and special funds of the Branch;

In cooperation with the accounting department and other departments of the Branch, ensuring accurate and targeted use of items of expenditure according to estimates, efficient  allocation of labor resources and funds received for the maintenance of the Branch from both budgetary and extrabudgetary sources of financing, etc.

The tasks of the FED are the following:

Development of measures to improve planning and financing systems of the Branch;

Timely payment of scholarships to students, remuneration to employees and teaching staff of the Branch;

Detailed monitoring over the process of timely receipt of funds in compliance with the approved estimates of income and expenses and their targeted use;

High-quality preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly and annual reports in the established order, etc.

The functions of the FED are the following:

At the request of structural subdivisions development of a draft of annual estimates of incomes and expenses for financing the Branch to be submitted to the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

Development and submission of a plan for income and expenditure under items in accordance with the budget classification for approval to the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

Development, determination and coordination with Uzbekneftegaz JSC and the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan of the cost of student training;

Development and submission for approval of an agreed plan with Uzbekneftegaz JSC and the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan on items for training students in the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan on a paid-contract basis, etc.

Development, determination and coordination of the cost of student education (amount of contract) with “Uzbekneftegaz” JSC and the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

Development and submission for approval of the plan on items for educating students into the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan on a paid-contract basis agreed with “Uzbekneftegaz” JSC and the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
