UZBEK LANGUAGE IS A GREAT POWER UPGRADING NATIONAL VALUES

Language determines the identity of the nation, its spiritual potential. It is the language that has been given the right to be a reflection of the history of the people and the development of the state. The Uzbek language, as a bright and valuable product of centuries-old cultural, scientific, spiritual and artistic thinking, the intellectual potential of the people, is one of the richest and most ancient languages in the world.

Currently, when Uzbekistan is actively developing, strengthening international cooperation in the field of science and culture, raising the status of the state language in society plays a special role.

In his congratulatory speech to the people of Uzbekistan, the head of state Shavkat Miramonovich Mirziyoyev noted that “The Uzbek language is important in uniting our multinational people in the name of a noble goal - creating an enlightened society, affirming in the hearts of compatriots a sense of belonging to the fate of the Motherland, building a prosperous future. Therefore, in the course of historical reforms, we must continue to implement the tasks of developing the Uzbek language, aimed at establishing New Uzbekistan and forming the foundation of a new era - the Third Renaissance in our country”.

The Branch of Russian State University of Oil and Gas (NRU) named after I.M. Gubkin in Tashkent has created all favorable conditions for an in-depth study of the Uzbek language, which is the personification of national literature, the rich historical memory of great ancestors, Uzbek traditions and customs. In this regard, attention is focused on improving the culture of reading, respect for the linguistic heritage, which serve as an important factor in educating young people, enhancing  deep knowledge, independent thinking and high spirituality.

The confirmation of the above is the demonstration of a video clip, which notes the contribution of philologists and students in the noble cause of preserving and developing the Uzbek language - a symbol of national identity and pride.
