Abstract

The most important aspect of enterprises is financing. The oil and gas industry is no exception. In this paper, the introduction of a securitization system in the oil and gas complex of Uzbekistan is proposed. Possible positive results of the implementation of this system are given and world experience in this area is considered. Two possible options for the implementation scheme of this implementation are presented. This technique allows, in- depth study of foreign experience, to attract financing in the activities of domestic oil and gas enterprises in an era of increased competition in the market.
