“OIL AND GAS – 2019”
On January 25, 2019 the Branch of the RSU of Oil and Gas (NRU) named after I.M.Gubkin in Tashkent in cooperation with “Uzbekneftegaz” JSC and the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan held the annual student scientific conference “OIL AND GAS – 2019” devoted to the day of the Gubkin readings held annually since 1947 and devoted to the development of the ideas of the University founder, Academician I.M.Gubkin.
In his Message to the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the President Shavkat Miromonovich Mirziyoyev noted that “it is necessary to educate qualified personnel who are able to actively participate in achieving the strategic goals of economic development, as well as continuing to improve the system of developing science and continuing education that meets the modern requirements”. Taking into account the basic priority objectives indicated in the Message of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh. Mirziyoyev, as part of the student scientific conference discussions have been held on current areas of the national oil and gas industry. Over 200 participants took part in the conference, including prominent scientists, managers and specialists of ministries and organizations of the oil and gas industry, scientific reports and presentations of the participants were heard, an exchange of views was carried out, and the results of scientific research of scientists and economists have been presented. The scientific conference has considered the issues reflecting the main ways of improving the various areas of the oil and gas industry of the republic.
The First Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board of JSC "Uzbekneftegaz" U.Kh.Sayidov, the head of the department for the coordination of research activities of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan B.Ismoilov, the head of the development of the energy sector of the Ministry of Innovative Development of the Republic Uzbekistan S.A.Berdiyev, the Head of the Department for Regime, Personnel and Training of “Uzbekneftegaz” JSC M.S.Kamaliddinov, the Head of the Training and Qualification Upgrading of personnel department of “Uzbekneftegaz” JSC E.R.Turdikulov, academician of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan S.S.Negmatov, director of the Institute of General and Inorganic Chemistry of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan B.S.Zokirov, deputy chairman of the Uzbek Petroleum Engineering and Engineering Society and gas industry M.K.Karimov and others.
The Deputy Director - Executive Director of the Branch of the Russian State University of Oil and Gas (NRU) named after I.M.Gubkin in Tashkent, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor A.Magrupov made a welcome speech to the conference participants. At the plenary session over 10 reports have been presented on current issues experienced by the oil and gas industry, as well as proposals for improving it.
11 scientific sections were organized during the conference. 107 reports have been heard at the section meetings selected from over 300 submitted abstracts. According to the results of the conference, the winners have been determined (1st, 2nd and 3rd place) and 30 winners have been awarded with diplomas and memorable gifts.

3. “Drilling of oil and gas wells”, Artur Filippov, a report on the topic “Technology of construction of multilateral high-tech wells like“ fish bone ”as an alternative to the use of hydraulic fracturing technology and its profitability in Uzbekistan”.
4. “Design, construction and operation of pipeline transportation systems”, Nuriddin Normurodov, report on the topic “Analysis of the implementation of hydrocarbon light fraction capture systems at the Kuchlik oil depot”.
5. “Economics and Management in the Oil and Gas Industry”, Irina Ten, a report on the topic “Calculation of the economic effect of the introduction of an innovative project on import substitution “Localization of odorant production”.
6. “Chemical technology and ecology in the oil and gas industry” Jaloladdin Ilkhamov, the report on the theme “Study of the formation of water-oil emulsions”.
7. “Humanitarian sciences and PR in the oil and gas complex”, Maria Denisova, the report on the topic “Education as a factor in the social mobility of oil and gas industry professionals”.
8. “Presentation of scientific articles in English”, Jamshid Rustamiy, the report on the topic «Introduction of systems of recuperation light fractions of hydrocarbons in the tank farms of Uzbekistan».
9. “Engineering and applied mechanics in the oil and gas complex”, Jasurbek Tulaganov, the report on the topic: “Ceramic filters for the preparation of fuel gas at compressor stations”.
10. “Automation, modeling and artificial intelligence in the oil and gas industry”, Alisher Numonjanov, the report on the topic “Implementation of the Database “Academic Performance” at Higher and Secondary Educational Institutions”.
