Congratulation

Dear teachers!

I am sincerely glad on behalf of the collective of "Uzbekneftegaz" JSC and on my own behalf to congratulate you on the national holiday – Teachers’ Day.

Currently the educational institution in which you work is one of the leading universities in the Republic of Uzbekistan which makes a significant contribution to the education of qualified personnel with higher education for the oil and gas industry of our republic, training of the intellectually developed young generation, and the expansion of international cooperation in the field of higher education.

Nowadays we witness practical result of your work – over 900 graduates of the Branch successfully apply the knowledge gained during the education in practice at the enterprises of our industry and the basic branches of the national economy.

Doing their best they make a considerable contribution to the development of the oil and gas industry, introduction of innovative technologies in production, localization of products, increase in extraction and processing of raw materials, and the output of products with high added value.

It should be noted that during the state visit of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Miromonovich Mirziyoyev to the Russian Federation on April 4-5, 2017, a number of documents were signed, including the Memorandum of Understanding between the Uzbekneftegaz Joint Stock Company and the Russian State University of Oil and Gas named after I. M.Gubkin on cooperation in the field of training and retraining of personnel.

To execute the Memorandum, the Regional Preparation Department of the University was opened in Kashkadarya region.

In addition, I would like to note the work carried out in the Branch to introduce advanced pedagogical and information technologies, the latest achievements of science and higher education, the formation and replenishment of the library fund with modern educational, methodological, scientific and technical literature.

2017 was a remarkable year for two very important events: the celebration of the 10th anniversary of the Branch’s performance as well as the awarding with “Dostlik” Medal the main university for a significant contribution to the training of highly skilled specialists in the oil and gas industry of the republic.

Addressing you, dear and teachers, I would like to note that your deep knowledge, significant life and scientific experience are the real intellectual wealth of the university. We highly appreciate your hard work in the training and education of highly qualified specialists for the oil and gas industry.

I wish you success in your creative work, new scientific achievements, and to our students I would like to wish perseverance in learning and mastering new knowledge. After all, it is up to you, the youth, in the near future to contribute to the development and prosperity of our homeland - an independent Uzbekistan!

Herewith, we realize that we have been set up urgent tasks to continue strengthening the material and technical base of the Branch, improving skills of teachers, teaching staff, introducing modern educational and information technologies into the teaching and educational process, and new teaching technique.

I would like to note that “Uzbekneftegaz” JSC will do all its best to realize these important tasks.

We are very grateful to you, dear teachers, for your daily and hard work, as well as an invaluable contribution to the creation of a solid foundation for the future oil and gas industry of the republic.
