She graduated Tashkent Institute of National Economy by specialty “Industry planning” in the 1991 year.
From 1991 till 1997 worked as assistant and was senior teacher of the department “Economic theory” in the Tashkent State Technical University named after A.R.Beruni.
From 2002 till 2003 years worked as senior teacher of department “Economic theory” in the Tashkent State Pedagogical University named after Nizami.
From 2003 till 2007 worked as senior teacher and was docent of department “Economic theory” at the branch of Russian Academy of Economic named after G.V.Plechanov in Tashkent.
From 2008 she worked as docent in the department of social economic disciplines, since 2009 she leads department of oil and gas economics in the branch of the Russian State University of Oil and Gas (NRU) named after I.M. Gubkin in Tashkent city.
PhD degree in economics was awarded by dissertation council D 067.02.15 at the National University of Uzbekistan on 22.11.2005 and was approved by HAC of Republic of Uzbekistan 30.03.2006.
Academic rank in the specialty of economic theory was awarded by the Higher Attestation Commission of Republic of Uzbekistan 28.10.2010.
She has more than 90 publications, including 7 monographs and 4 tutorials, 20 guidelines, articles in the peer-reviewed journals, scientific and educational methodical works in collections and materials of conferences of various levels.
For active work with students in 2013, she was awarded the gratitude of the Russian State University of Oil and Gas (NRU) named after I.M. Gubkin. In 2014, she was awarded the title “Honorary Worker of the Gubkin University” and awarded the badge. In honor of the celebration of the 25th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan, she was awarded the memorial sign “Independence of Uzbekistan-25 years” (2016). She was awarded a diploma of the branch of the Russian State University of Oil and Gas (NRU) named after I.M. Gubkin in Tashkent city for fruitful work, a special contribution to the upbringing of a harmoniously developed generation, the training of highly qualified specialists and active participation in the public life of the team (2017). In 2018 marked with a letter of thanks The Organizing Committee of the Open International Student Internet Olympiads for their active contribution to the development of the international student olympiad movement and high professionalism and responsibility during the II (regional) round of Internet Olympiads at the base university.
For active participation in the educational, scientific and public life of the Branch of the Russian State University of Oil and Gas (NRU) named after I.M. Gubkin in Tashkent city and in connection with the State holiday of the Republic of Uzbekistan “Teacher and Mentor Day” in 2018 was awarded the Gratitude of the Russian State University of Oil and Gas (NRU) named after I.M.Gubkin.
