Vladimir Sergeevich Rybalchenko - candidate of technical sciences, professor of the department "General and inorganic chemistry" of the Russian State University of oil and gas (NRU) named after I.M. Gubkin. Since 2007, the head of the department "General chemistry and chemistry of oil and gas" of the branch of the Russian State University of Oil and Gas (NRU) named after I.M.Gubkin in Tashkent.

 He was born on April 02, 1946 in Moscow.

In 1969 he graduated from the Moscow Institute of Oil and Gas named after I.M. Gubkin, specialty "Chemical technology of oil and gas processing".

The author of more than 100 scientific and educational-methodical works, 3 author's certificates.

Winner of the author's competition of the Russian State University of Oil and Gas named after I.M. Gubkin in the field of teaching and methodological work, he was awarded with the diploma of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation, laureate of the "Grant of Moscow" competition in the field of science and technology in education.

He was awarded with a breast sign "Honored Worker of Higher Professional Education of the Russian Federation".

  Уважаемый Владимир Сергеевич, Хотелось бы узнать имеется ли возможность устроиться на работу в Филиале РГУ нефти и газа (НИУ) имени И.М.Губкина в городе Ташкенте на отделении. которое курируете Вы. Я являюсь доктором химических наук, профессором по специальности "Органическая химия", гр-н Республики Таджикистан. В настоящее время занимаю должность зав.лаб. органического синтеза в Институте химии АН РТ. Аспирантуру закончил в Институте химической физики АН СССР.
