Call for applications for the National Scholarship Program of the Slovak Republic is open

The Embassy of Slovakia announces the opening of a call for proposals under the national scholarship program of the Slovak Republic for students, doctoral students and teachers of universities of Uzbekistan in Slovakia for the 2021/2022 academic year in the framework of educational, research and teaching activities.

Applications for the scholarship are accepted until 4:00 pm on April 30, 2021. Applications are submitted online at www.stipendia.sk (for international applicants).

The National Scholarship Program of the Slovak Republic supports the academic mobility of foreign students, graduate students, researchers and university teachers for internships in universities and research organizations of the Republic of Slovakia.

Foreign applicants are awarded a scholarship to cover living expenses, as well as a grant to pay for travel expenses.

International Industrial Exhibition “Innoprom. Big Industrial Week in Uzbekistan”

In order to identify new points of industrial development and expand industrial cooperation with the countries of Central Asia, as well as to establish and strengthen business contacts, the International Industrial Exhibition “Innoprom. Big Industrial Week in Uzbekistan”, organized by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Investments and Foreign Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The main sections of the International Industrial Exhibition: transport and power engineering, metallurgy, industrial IT, technologies for cities, pharmaceuticals and medical products.

From the Branch of the Russian State University of Oil and Gas (NRU) named after I.M. Gubkin in Tashkent, students of the UEE-19-01/02 groups took part in the International Industrial Exhibition, who were included in the main body of volunteers as assistants and assistants to managers in the organizational areas of the exhibition. This format of participation allowed students to acquire useful knowledge, skills and abilities that will have a beneficial effect on their future professional activities.
